I am the new owner and cook, bringing with me a wealth of experience and a deep passion for authentic Chinese and Vietnamese cuisine. My culinary journey began when I came to America at 18, and since then, I’ve dedicated my life to the restaurant industry. I met my wife in Ohio, where we started our family, and in 2011, we moved to Southwest Florida to pursue our dreams. In 2015, after years of hard work and dedication, we proudly opened Pho 38 in Cape Coral, which quickly became a beloved local spot.
In January 2021, we sold Pho 38, and I am now thrilled to continue my culinary journey here at Szechuan Taste in Fort Myers. Our menu is inspired by the bold and vibrant flavors of Szechuan cuisine, meticulously crafted to offer an unforgettable dining experience. We pride ourselves on using fresh, high-quality ingredients to bring you the best of Chinese and Vietnamese dishes.
